Physical Therapy Strength Training
Strength training is all about rebuilding the muscles and making sure your body is able to manage and complete every day activities, even as you age. Over time, your lean muscle mass naturally diminishes – and if you reduce your muscle activity for a period of time such as suffering from an accident or an injury, then they can lose muscle mass.
Your BC + PT Physical Therapist will utilize a mix of tools such as dumbbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands to help you regain the strength you lost.
