Physical Therapy Flexibility Training

Being more flexible is an asset that will help you in your wellness journey.  By becoming more flexible, you increase your ability to move better, potentially avoid injuries, and improve your strength. When your joints have increased mobility, it requires more force  to  injure them. The PT doctors will guide you through exercises that utilize stretching loops, yoga blocks, resistance bands, and more to help improve your flexibility.
