Heather Smith is an important part of the BC + PT Front Desk Team! Born and raised in Hamburg, NY, she has a degree in culinary arts and administrative associates. Before BC + PT, she was a medical assistant for 20 years. She has two cats, a dog, and one rabbit, and enjoys a lot of different crafting hobbies in her spare time. She likes to sew, make candles, make jewelry, has a large garden, and even restores furniture! Make sure you say hi to her at our East Lovejoy Location!
