Bio
Originally from Shelburne, Vermont, Connor developed a strong passion for health and wellness early on. He attended the University of Vermont, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science in 2012, followed by a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2016.
From August 2016 to July 2024, Connor gained extensive experience working at Central Vermont Medical Center, providing care at two outpatient locations and offering in-patient coverage. In 2024, he relocated to Buffalo, NY, to support his wife Morgann as she pursued graduate studies in Nurse Anesthesiology.
Outside of his professional life, Connor is an avid fitness enthusiast who enjoys resistance training, running, hiking, and skiing during the winter months. His active lifestyle reflects his dedication to helping others achieve their physical health goals.
